I ordered my usual size and just assumed it would fit like everything else I buy, but nope, it was way too tight. i’m guessing their sizing just runs small across the board. I wouldn’t buy this again...

I tried using it on my phone and the pages loaded all weird. I couldn’t find anything without clicking around forever?! It was way more frustrating than it should’ve been

I’m still waiting on my delivery and I have no idea what’s going on at this point. I kept checking for updates thinking maybe it was just delayed or the tracking hadn’t refreshed yet, but there’s been nothing useful. It’s frustrating because I was expecting it to show up, and now I’m just sitting here wondering if it’s even coming

I kept having to check back myself, which got frustrating quickly. it didn’t really feel worth the stress, and I probably won’t order from them again.

I ordered a hoodie from m22.com it was a letdown. It looked good right out of the package, so I thought I’d made a decent buy, but after just a few washes the fabric started pilling and feeling noticeably thinner.
The cuff stitching also started coming loose way earlier than it should have, and I wasn’t doing anything beyond normal wear. What annoyed me even more was how the return policy seems to have just enough loopholes to avoid helping once it’s been washed, even though that’s exactly when the quality problems show up. For the price, I really expected it to last longer.

Stopped into the m22 store while I was on a trip, i wish I hadn’t bothered. The staff barely acknowledged me when I walked in, and when I asked about sizes, it felt like I was inconveniencing them.

I also noticed the hoodie I picked up had a loose stitch, and checkout somehow took forever even though the store wasn’t busy. Just a heads up if you’re planning to go: for what they charge, I expected much better service and quality. I definitely won’t be going back.

But then the reply finally came and it was like they barely read what I wrote. Suddenly I went from being patient to seriously annoyed because I had to explain the same thing again, and the answer still didn’t really help.
It felt like I was talking into a void with a customer service name attached to it. Frustrating experience overall, and I don’t really see myself using them again.

And the fit is weird too... tight around the arms but then loose everywhere else, which made it feel awkward to wear. I tried giving it a few chances, but nope, still uncomfortable.
